Our non-profit organization in Orange County, Virginia, is dedicated to providing compassionate care for our residents. Person-centered care is our primary focus as we learn the routine and preferences of each resident. We establish goals of care upon admission to assure that appropriate interventions are utilized as the resident participates in their treatment plan and potentially improves their level of functioning.
