We establish goals of care upon admission to assure that appropriate interventions are utilized as the resident participates in their treatment plan and potentially improves their level of functioning.

Dogwood Village provides services designed to meet the needs of seniors and individuals requiring assistance with daily living. These services include assisted living, where residents receive personalized support with activities. The facility also provides long-term care and skilled nursing services. In addition, Dogwood Village offers memory care for individuals with dementia, as well as rehabilitation therapies, such as physical, occupation, and speech therapy. The village is committed to providing a safe and compassionate environment where residents can thrive and feel like part of a supportive community.
