Dogwood Village wants to thank Philip Frazer for his many years of service to our Health Center Commission, Senior Living Board and Foundation Board. Philip began volunteering on our boards in 2013 and has been a great resource for the facility. Philip has been instrumental in providing services and benefits for both residents and staff.
