Ms. Brenda Burns was born and raised in Castlewood, Virginia and graduated from Castlewood High School. She had four sisters and one brother.
In 1970 Brenda married Charles Burns, a beef and dairy farmer, and moved to live on a farm in Cleveland, Virginia (Russell County). She has three daughters and four grandchildren.
Ms. Brenda has been a resident at Dogwood Village since October 2017. She participates in a variety of scheduled activities; loves to play bingo, attends musical programs, enjoys coloring during her leisure time and used to love to cook.
