Ms. Frances Roberts was born and raised in Culpeper County Virginia. She owned an antique shop in Mitchells, Virginia for thirty years called “Antique & Things”. She said it was a lot of work but also a lot of fun. Her husband was a local postmaster.
Together they raised four children, three boys and one girl. She also has one grandson. Ms. Frances loves to read, participates in a variety of scheduled activities and watches soap operas daily. She especially enjoys watching Young & The Restless.
