Dogwood Village Celebrates National Skilled Nursing Care Week May 12th-18th.The theme this year is “Radiant Moments” which is a tribute to the golden age of radio. The week will be filled with wonderful activities to include residents, staff and family members.
Congratulations to Chelsea Haven. She has been a volunteer at Dogwood Senior Living since February of 2023. She is now a part-time employee in the activities department. She will be a great asset to the team. Her beautiful smile and wiliness to help others is a true gift. Her hobbies are hiking, spending time with her son and learning to quilt. Please take a time out to congratulate her on becoming a member of the Dogwood family.
Health & Rehab residents were treated to a spectacular evening of entertainment, as the incredibly talented Denise Glass (Patsy Kline) took the stage and a surprise appearance by Michael Hoover (Elvis) who brought the house down with his performance!
Dogwood Village extends our heartfelt gratitude to Brenda Hutchinson, Director of Administrative Services, for her commitment and love to our community. Brenda has announced her plans to retire effective June 30, 2024. We celebrated her upcoming retirement with a small surprise gathering on Friday afternoon surrounded by family and friends.
